How Golf Prolongs Office can improve your game

Golf stretches in your Office? Yes, you heard right! What a great way to make a short break from the computer not only to get better at this time, but improve your game at the same time.

I came up with many clever ways to circumvent the reason I have not " time " (excuse).

You can't tell me that you have 15 seconds in front of the computer … and no less in your Chair? Just so ... I have come up with a routine all you can do in the Office that quickly and dramatically improve range of motion in your golf swing.

How many times have you been sitting at your computer with pain in neck, back, shoulders, hips and feet?

I have been there and that is why I came up with a quick and simple procedure to resolve this very common problem.

If you are a fanatic golf player like me ... think of golf 24/7. Even at work! C not ' is nothing wrong with that until you're getting your work.

But why not make use of that precious moment for golf making a stretch of golf at the desk without leaving your Chair?

You will be amazed at how well you feel and how much better your golf game gets. The key is to stretch every time you get a quick 15 seconds. Just think how many strokes you could get in a day.

I firmly believe to be efficient with your time and make the most of your day. I'm going to give you one (of many) of golf stretches you can do in your Chair in front of the computer.

I call it the seated Twist (in your Chair):

Sit upright in your Office Chair with chest high and back straight.
Reach behind you with one arm, which will rotate your torso.
While staying very erect, twist as you can go and hold.
Twisting in the opposite direction and repeat.
Go both sides 2-3 times, holding for 10 seconds.
It is a very effective golf stroke to reduce and/or eliminate back backache and quickly improve your backswing and follow through range of motion, resulting in increased clubhead speed and distance.
Do it now and see how much better you feel your back.
