Golf training exercises to improve your game are very simple

Golf training and conditioning exercises are not as difficult as most people think they are.

And ' important to understand that these exercises are very different from many of rigorous exercises that you will often see using athletes to condition their bodies and stay in shape.

For example the golf training exercises with weights are not designed to build bulky muscles. Usually the lightest weights will be used and will be raised multiple times than normal muscle-building training that will involve much heavier weights to raise fewer times. Muscle building exercises will require even more hours of daily practice. Golf training exercises usually take very little time.

What's more is that many golf stretching exercises of training can be easily done in the Office, while still sitting at your desk or work station. This means that even if you have the type of schedule that leaves almost no time to lose, you can still find the time to put in some serious exercises golf training that will take your golf game to another level that you have never known before.

There are a lot more evidence that the golf training exercises are not more rigorous and difficult as some would have us believe. For example in my golf training programs exercise I worked with players very young and very old with the same success. Young people will have difficulty taking extremely rigorous exercises and so will be elderly.

Golf training exercises are not designed to help prepare for a record 100 meter dash along the track. Or for a medal in Olympic gold ' d weightlifting or gymnastics. The training programme for these results, of course require a lot of willpower and discipline to even start.

Instead of golf training exercises are usually very specific and are intended to impact on particular aspects of your golf game.
