For many years the British Aikido Board (BAB) have shown no interest in the true story of the British Aikido, to be honest the BAB, who have in the past demonstrated a great interest and support for the false history of the British Aikido for which are now publicly apologized, apologies to Henry Ellis by Chairman Mr Vincent Sumpter can be viewed on www.geocities.com/britishaikido.
Kenshiro Abbe Sensei
When Kenshiro Abbe Sensei first step on British soil in 1955 brought with it the knowledge of many arts of Aikido Budo, being one of them. Maestro Abbe brought his Aikido philosophy of Kyu-Shin-Do. This was the beginning of the British Aikido '. Yet no where in the literature you will find no reference to BAB Kenshiro Abbe Sensei or the origins of Aikido in the United Kingdom. In 2000 the BAB were happy to help promote the sig Pooles fraudulent claims tried to 47 years of Aikido, I add that the BAB plesaed have taken this question of Mr Poole from BAB site associations. Personally, I have received my invitation from the BAB to participate at the event Mr. Poole ', which was the ' beginning of the long race British Aikido Board controversy that was resolved during the mediation meeting with Sport England July 6, 2005/BAB/Ellis. Yet, unfortunately, the BAB have never recognized or promoted the true story of the British Aikido or its founder Kenshiro Abbe Sensei. The reason for this article is that after the success of great Kenshiro Abbe Sensei 14th May 2005 Parties Are informed that the plan of BAB a similar event next year, the ' that would be an insult to the memory of Maestro Abbe and the handful of Abbe Sensei pupils. It should be noted that the ' wave of attacks on the British Aikido history credibilty-Kenshiro Abbe Sensei and Henry Ellis came all at the BAB ', some are executive members along with prominent members of the British Aikido Board associations. These are the same people that members would be expected to promote and protect their proud lineage.

Henry Ellis offered the suggestion of Mrs. Mason's ' for the ' Event Abbe Committee, proposal was accepted unanimously by all 100% '. L ' BAB Executive were then approached and invited to send a representative (one of its 15,000 members), BAB to attend our meetings and to report on our progress, this bid was rejected out of hand.
Mr. Vincent Sumpter
" no matter your Pretence, you are what you are and nothing more! "
Kenshiro Abbe Sensei
Not discouraged, we then invited Mr. Vincent President BAB Sumpter to attend the celebration Kenshiro Abbe 50a VIP guest, to pay respects to BAB members representing. There were many members BAB participants, demonstrating that this event it was not personal-styles or differentials which membership organization, I was pleased to see the students of Mr Poole, that organization were made welcome. This event was one thing and one thing " Kenshiro Abbe Sensie " with early demonstrations of aikido and its proud standards, with Maestro Eastman showing various techniques to show the influences that various early teachers brought to Britain in those early days.
Students trained with other students of various styles and associations with a sympathy not seen often in modern Aikido circles. This event has made so far to promote everything that is good in Aikido. I think the spirit of Master Abbe would be very proud of this special day to his memory.
A ' the other statement by Mr. Vincent Sumpter coarse 27 March 2004 submitted before the meeting Sport England July 6, 2005 Mediation. In an unjustified attack by true Aikidokas who argued that the British Aikido debate controversy for his defense of the true story of the British Aikido Teacher and the history of the Abbe and his disciples.

Mr Sumpter bleating.
" consciousness Boards is clear. like all Aikido practitioners who contribute to this " Mr Humm " controversy seems to have forgotten the meaning of the word Aikido " "-Harmony of Sprit to find a way " the " " Controversy website feeds hatred, ill-feeling bitter and discord. For my part, as one who is fond of Aikidokas who art and the ' tag that goes with it, I don't want to add to the frenzy this site generates. I can't stop what's going on but I can't extend l ' other cheek ".
With reference to the above statement by Mr Sumpter I would remind the reader to visit www.geocities.com/britishaikido read both the Sports minute l ' England & Mr Sumpters apologies to Mr. Ellis, which can only be considered an apology to everyone who supported the " dispute " in the name of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei including name David Humm.
In response to our invitation to participate as guest VIP for the ' event Mr. Abbot Sumpter responded by declaring that he kindly accepted our invitation. Shortly before the ' event has changed his mind without explanation, suggesting that we allow Mr Ralph Reynolds to represent the BAB.
Reynolds had a much more important role to play as one of the main teachers at this event where he was happy to take part as a student of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei.
This was an event so important with many good students who were members of the Báb, still, the British Aikido Board were not represented at this event to pay tribute to a great teacher and the founding father of the British Aikido.
If the ' Mr Sumpter had witnessed would have seen a spectacular martial arts never before seen in the United Kingdom, where students from many organizations met and renewed old friendships, there were many more who made new friendships.
